The Friends of Spondon Station, in partnership with East Midlands Railway, commissioned a series of vibrant artworks to enhance the appearance of the station’s platform areas.
One side features a Derby-inspired design celebrating the city’s heritage, while the opposite platform showcases a Nottingham theme highlighting well-known landmarks and attractions.
Together, the two artworks brighten the station environment and offer a cheerful sight for commuters as they begin their journeys.
